In this practical webinar, Sheldon Primus walks through the OSHA inspection process from the opening conference through the closing conference, with guidance on preparation, documentation, employer rights, citation classifications, and post-inspection response.

In this session provides a step-by-step overview of OSHA inspections and the actions employers can take before, during, and after an inspection. Participants will review inspection priorities and procedures, opening and closing conferences, document requests, employer rights, violation classifications, and options for responding to citations.
